Thank you wonderful friends for coming this week. We are inspired and grateful. I just dropped off the early bird girls at the ferry and couldn't go back to sleep and wanted to tell you all that we appreciated you picking us to spend your cold February with. Have a safe travel home.

cruising around...
One of the most relaxing elements of this workshop is that there are no cars allowed... only golf carts on the island which forces you to relax and enjoy your surroundings. You can not be in a hurry to go anywhere! Here is a shot Lauren grabbed of the four of us cruising around while we were prepping for week 1.

Yesterday morning after breakfast we headed out to the beach for a BIG group shot of all of the week one ladies. Check out all of these incredible ladies we have been spending the week with and having a blast with!
